VIPER Neighborhood Risk Assessment

Our proprietary VIPER risk assessment helps HOA boards and HOA managers balance security investments with the risks to their community. The assessment compares risks and mitigations in five key categories that matter most to neighborhoods: Violence, Illness, Property, Environment, and Repose. The completed report helps identify areas of under-investment (or over-investment) in security programs.
