  • Our basic wireless alarm package is only $500 installed, plus monitoring for $50/month. It includes 3 door/window sensors, 1 motion sensor, touchscreen keypad, and mobile app for admin users. There is no minimum contract. These are good solutions for small built-in office areas.

    Many warehouses, however, require more sophisticated systems, due to size, building construction, and specific inventory protection needs.

  • Unlike much of the industry, we do not require any minimum duration for an alarm contract. Our default contract and pricing are month-to-month.

    We can offer significant savings, however, for clients who are open to making longer commitments.

  • Any warehouse or other business that closes their operations regularly - such as overnight - should consider an alarm to protect equipment and inventory while the facility is unoccupied.

    Even businesses that run 24/7 may have parts of their facility, such as an administrative office, that closes and should be protected by an alarm.

    In both cases, the alarm detects when people are in a facility at unexpected times and forwards a signal to dispatch to get the attention of internal security operations and/or local law enforcement to provide a prompt response.

    Insurance policies for many commercial facilities also require some kind of alarm protection. Failure to install an appropriate alarm system may limit or invalidate your coverage. You should review your policies or talk to your broker to discuss their requirements.
